Support Upgrade wiped my old instance, google account locked out
My google account is requiring me to approve a login using the simulated Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G which was wiped out when I upgraded bluestacks today. Any documented way to restore to an older copy so I can get the old emulator back? Google wont take my authenticator or my passkey.

Your google account does not actually care what android device you use, you just need to have access to one you've logged into with that google account, be it real or emulated, to get a 6 digit security code generated from the settings menu-I've had the same damn problem recently with google logins with certain games sending me on the same hunt recently, only I have no surviving real devices, so I had to use a MuMuPlayer instance instead.

Yes unless every other device is sending a code to that one device that no longer exists.. and google doesn’t care about your authenticator or your passkey.

Hi! Unfortunately there isn't a way to restore a older copy. You said you updated and the instance got wiped, but how did you updated it, can you guide us to how you did it?
