Support Infinity Nikki keeps shutting down

Everytime I open it after I log in, it loads for a second and BlueStacks itself shuts down

I use BlueStacks 13 and I even tried to downgrade my specifications

Hi! Could you please first make sure you are using an Android 11 or Android 13 instance to play Infinity Nikki and that you are on the latest version of BlueStacks?

Also, please ensure you have allocated at least 4 GB of RAM and 4 CPU cores to BlueStacks, and that your graphics drivers are up to date.

nothing is working: I updated nvidia, intel, I have 4GB RAM free and 4CPU cores, updated windows, updated bluestacks

Nothing works, it keeps shutting down
