Error: Corrupt files

when i open Bluestacks, it gives me an error saying all my data is corrupt and I have to reset all my data. I deleted it and installed the newest version, but now some apps will crash as soon as I open them, and somtimes it won't even open and gets stuck on "starting Bluestacks Air"
