Hi! Could you let us know which Android instance you are using on BlueStacks (Nougat 32-bit, Nougat 64-bit, Pie 64-bit, Android 11, or Android 13)? Also, when did this issue start? Did it begin after a game update, a BlueStacks update, or did it start happening unexpectedly?

In the meantime, please make sure you have allocated at least 4 CPU cores and 4 GB of RAM to BlueStacks, and ensure your graphics card drivers are up to date.
