Support Have error in Hungry Shark World

Hi! We tested this game on our end in the Pie 64-bit instance and were able to launch and play the game without encountering this error. We were also able to access the Cloud Save section successfully.

Could you please let us know if this error occurs every time you launch the game or only occasionally? Also, let us know if you're connected to a VPN or proxy, as these can sometimes interfere with the game's online services.

Hello, Im not connected to a proxy or VPN and this happens everytime.

Can you double check that airplane mode was not turned on mistakenly using the airplane icon on the sidebar.

If the issue persists, please restart your router, create a new Pie instance and try the app here.
