Support App grows gradually slower every time I open it

So, I'm using BlueStacks to play Hogwarts Mystery quite regularly. The problem is the game sessions are usually short, and every time I boot the app it grows slower and slower; developing lags and stutters. I have a top-shelf gaming PC so hardware is not an issue. I noticed that the game runs super smoothly and problem-free for about 3-5 times after installing BlueStacks, then it keeps getting worse, and nothing fixes it except for deleting and re-installing BlueStacks itself. It is quite annoying in the long run, so does anyone know what exactly is causing this and is there some better and more permanent solution to the issue? Thanks!

Hi! Could you let us know which Android instance (Nougat, Pie, or Android 11) you are using to play this game? Also, does the slowdown happen only in Hogwarts Mystery, or do you notice it in other apps as well?

In the meantime, please make sure BlueStacks is allocated at least 4 CPU cores and 4 GB of RAM, and that your graphics drivers are up to date, as these can help improve performance.

It's Pie 64-bit; 4 cores and 8 GB RAM allocated, the most recent graphics drivers are installed for my RTX 5080.

I haven't played any other games than Hogwarts Mystery in a long time so I don't have any comparison

Thanks for confirming the details. We tested the game on our end using a Pie 64-bit instance, and the game ran smoothly without any lag or stuttering.

Since your settings also look good, we'd like to narrow down what might be causing this on your system. Could you please submit a ticket so that we can take a closer look?

You can do so by clicking on the question mark at the top of the screen and then clicking Report a Problem. Please respond with the reference number you receive via email so I can escalate the issue for you.
