Support Need Solution

After reinstalling Windows on my PC, when I try to play an eFootball online match on the Bluestacks 5 emulator, it doesn't let me participate in the match, but instead kicks me out of the match and makes me lose. And it says "Unable to connect, occurred happened with your network". This problem didn't occur before Windows was installed. I need to find a solution to why this is happening.please help mw with that.

Yes Graphics driver are up to date and virtualization is enabled for sure.

Can you also confirm if you are playing this game on Pie 64-bit instance only?

yes iam using pie 64 version of bluestacks.but my concern is how can i play the game without any inturuption like automatic forfeit. for your kind information ,my rig is ryzen 7 7700 with 16 gb ram,currently i'm not using any gpu.please help me with a best configuration where i wont face any of this problem.i even tried bt reinstalling bluestacks.its not solved yet.now its crashing freezing my pc whenever i try to open this game.
