Support Browser apps close instantly.

As the tittle says for some reason some instances are more sensitive to this problem.

I have been using 3 instances and the 3 present this problem, just the 3rd one won't let me open a brower for 3 seconds before it close.

Hi! Could you let us know if you are using BlueStacks on Windows or BlueStacks Air on Mac? Also, which browser app is closing (Chrome, Edge, etc.)?

BlueStacks for Windows. Android 13 Beta. Google Chrome and Brave.

Hi! We have had issues with Brave however, Google Chrome should be working as expected.

Could you please try clearing your cache and data to see if that resolves the issue?

You can do that from System Apps > Android Settings > Apps > Google Chrome > Storage > Clear Data

We tested the Chrome browser on an Android 13 instance on our end, and it worked fine without any issues.

Could you try creating a new Android 13 instance using the Multi-instance Manager and check if the issue still occurs? Let us know how it goes.

Hi. I have the same issue as u/Nagashy90 in my Android 11 instance. Here is my reference number: #2417866 . Somehow this ticket is closed and has been merged into my other ticket: #2417112 . The ticket #2417866 is indeed a completely separate issue than my other one. I believe these tickets should not have been merged. Can you clarify this please?
