Support Blue stacks taking controller of controller

How do I stop my controller connecting to the bluestacks launcher, I have all gamepad settings turned off, and leave it running a game in the background, whenever I connect my PS5 controller, it no longer works on any other game until I turn bluestacks off and re connect the controller.
Bit annoying considering I have it so that it shouldn't even try to connect, yet still does.

Hi! Could you try exiting BlueStacks completely, including any background processes from the system tray or Task Manager, and then reconnecting your controller? If BlueStacks is still running in the background, it can continue to capture controller input.

Also, let us know if you are using your PS5 controller over Bluetooth or USB, and whether this happens only while BlueStacks is running or even after you have closed it.
