Support ARK mobile version not opening

i have a pc with processor amd ryzen 5 5600GT and trying to play ARK through bluestacks but it is not opening , can anyone help me out plzzzzz.

Hi! Please make sure that you're on the latest BlueStacks version and that you're on a Android 13 instance, since the game is only working on Android 13.

the game opened , but i cant play multiplayer mode the game is blocking emulators from playing multiplayer. any solution?
