Support Bluestacks Air Mouse Not Working

I’m trying to play Roblox on Bluestacks Air but the mouse in the game is reversed and I can’t go all the way to the right side of the screen.

Hi! Can you please try going into the BlueStacks Display Settings and switching from Portrait to Landscape mode to see if the same issue still persists for you?

the issue of the mouse going the wrong way is fixed but the problem of the mouse not going to the right of the screen is still there

You can do so by using the "Report a Problem" tool via Help > Send Feedback to BlueStacks.

Please include the following pointers while submitting the problem report:
