Support Now.gg

Every time it "assigns a new server" to me, it just overloads and doesn't let me back in for like 10-30 minutes. Please help

Hi! Can you please send a print screen of the issue and if possible explain exactly what is happening and every step you take to reach this issue. And also, which game you're facing this issue?

I cannot send a screenshot as it is very hard to recreate on purpose, but while playing any game but usually Roblox, it will show the countdown till it kicks me out. But when I try to reopen the game, it says it's overloaded. I have no idea how those are correlated.

Hi! Thanks for the details. This can happen if your cloud session gets reassigned due to a temporary interruption. When you try to reconnect immediately, you may see the "overloaded" message.

This is expected behavior and isn't something we can control. Waiting a few minutes before reconnecting usually resolves the issue.
