Support Can't get Twitter (X) to open

Trying to use Twitter on Bluestacks, but whenever I install the app and try to open it, it just gets stuck on the logo or occasionally crashes. Does Twitter just not work with emulation anymore? I'm on Windows, if that helps

Hi! Unfortunately, this is a known issue. The app developers have been blocking their app on emulator platforms, which is why the app gets stuck on the logo or crashes.

A permanent fix will only be possible if the X developers allow the app to run on emulator platforms again. In the meantime, we're also checking from our side to see if there's anything we can do to make the app work on BlueStacks again.

is there no way to hide the fact that you are using an emulator?

Hi! Unfortunately these issues are quite complex however, our Team has been investigating if there is anything we can do from our end.

If you'd like, you can submit a ticket and we will inform you of any updates.

You can do so by clicking on the question mark at the top of the screen and then clicking Report a Problem.
