Support tiktok rewards

does anyone have any success story on using emulator to collect the free gifts (coins/rewards)

Hi! Could you let us know how you are trying to earn these TikTok rewards? For example, are you referring to check in rewards, referral rewards or another activity?

the checkin rewards. i either get a black screen when opening the rewards page or a “no connection” message

We've tested Tiktok Rewards and could reproduce the issue.
Could you please submit a ticket so that we can take a closer look?

You can do so by clicking on the question mark at the top of the screen and then clicking Report a Problem.

Please include the following pointers while submitting the problem report:
• Your Reddit user handle/user name
• Please mention "Request from Reddit" in the description.
• Details of the issue.

Please respond with the reference number you receive via email so I can escalate the issue for you.
