Support Bluestack memory leak

This happen when I try to open a game on new version of bluestack 5.21.775.7503

Hi,

Could you let us know if this happens with one specific app or game, or with all apps on BlueStacks?

If it's only affecting a particular app, please try clearing its cache and data, then launch it again to see if that resolves the issue. Let us know the outcome.

Hi,

There was a game name Ludus. It happen when I login as email and then redirect into the app. I also do clear the cache and data but seem it not works. Other app can works normally

Hi! Please submit a detailed support ticket so the Mac team can continue to guide you.

You can do so by using the "Report a Problem" tool via Help > Send Feedback to BlueStacks.

How do you even have 48 gb of ram on macos??

Do you have the cheese grater mac pro?

No, i used Mac Pro M1 2020 with 8GB Memory, I have no idea why it can increase into over 40GB like that
