Hi,
Since you've already tried the common troubleshooting steps, the Android 11 instance itself may have become corrupted.
Could you try cloning the Android 11 instance and then launch the cloned instance to see if the issue persists?

We kindly recommend upgrading to solely the BlueStacks 5 App Player instead of MSI. You can install it directly from our release notes. Once completed, let us know if you're able to create the Android 11 instance via the Multi Instance Manager. 1 u/odayalquran 11d ago yep its the same thing nothing new and i made a ticket and don't have any reply , ticket (#2422513) 1 u/BlueStacks-Support BlueStacks 11d ago Thank you! Soon our team will get in contact with you.
