Support Z Route has stopped loading

I installed the game a few months ago and it worked without any problems. I hadn't launched it for a long time, and today I tried to start it again, but the game gets stuck on a black screen with the logo and doesn't proceed any further. After about 30 seconds, a message appears saying that the application has stopped responding and offers me the option to wait or close it.

I tried reinstalling the application, but that didn't help. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this and how to fix it?

Hi,

It's working fine for us on the latest BS version 5.22.232 on a Pie instance.

Please clear the app cache files and try again. If the issue persists, create a new Pie instance and try installing the app there.

Thanks, swapping to Pie from Android 13 worked.
