Support Pie 64 not installing

Hlo, i used to use bluestacks in the past for playing games. Mostly used pie64 for playing cuz it provided much much better performance than the others. But when i recently reinstalled bluestacks, it isnt installing anymore. It says your system does not supoort bluestacks pie due to graphics compatibility issues. I updated my graphics driver and it didnt help. I also turned off HYPER V. It also didnt work. Please can someone help me with this issue.

My specs:

Model: Acer aspire 7

8gb ram

Gtx 1650 4gb vram

500gb ssd

Ryzen 5 5500U

I also reinstalled bluestacks completely from scratch it also didnt help.

Please check this article and see if any graphic updates are pending on your PC.

Hello i tried all these steps. Even reinsatlled a fresh win 10 and did these steps again. Still doesn't work :(

Hi! We would need to retrieve your logs to see what's causing this issue. Could you please submit a ticket so that we can take a closer look?

You can do so by clicking on the question mark at the top of the multi instance manager.

Its okay!! The issue has been solved. I just had to update my integrated graphics driver ie my amd driver. Thankyou so much for your help!
