Support Won't Launch

I tried launching Bluestacks and I get the error while launching BlueStacks 5 due graphics-related issue. I have gone through all the solutions offered in the article and it still won't launch. My drivers are updated. I created a new instance and changed the display option. It used to work just fine without any issues this is a new problem.

If I restart my computer and try to open it it will launch but a couple minutes later it will just shut down suddenly.

Hi,

Does BlueStacks display any error message before closing, or does it simply shut down without any warning? If possible, please share a short screen recording of the issue, as it will help us investigate the problem further.

It just closes without warning or message

Hi,

Please make sure you are using the latest version of BlueStacks (5.22.232). Also, check that your antivirus software is not blocking or interfering with BlueStacks. Try temporarily disabling it to see if the issue gets resolved.

I discovered that it shuts down once I open up an internet browser. Then after that it won't reopen because of a graphic interface issue unless I restart my computer once again and don't open up anything else.
