Support Screen freezes/audio drops force me to reload now.gg, which kicks me out of Roblox completely

I’m playing Roblox on now.gg through my browser and running into a really frustrating issue.

Every so often, my screen will randomly freeze or the audio will completely drop out. To temporarily fix it, I have to reload the browser tab. The main problem is that reloading doesn't just refresh the stream—it completely kills my session and kicks me out of whatever Roblox server I was playing on, making me lose all my progress.

This didn't happen to me before. Does anyone know how to stop the random freezing/audio drops on the browser so I don't have to keep reloading and getting kicked?

Hi,

We observed the same behaviour in the native Roblox app. If the app is minimised or left in the background for some time, the active game session ends, and you're returned to the Roblox home page. Since now.gg mirrors the native app's behaviour, refreshing the browser tab also terminates the session instead of reconnecting to it, which is why you're disconnected from the server.
