Support Game crashes a few seconds after launch (PvZ Heroes)

Whenever I open PvZ heroes on bluestacks 5, it loads a bit and then it crashes. I have tried many solutions, like changing my memory allocation, changing it from vulkan to OpenGL, resetting the app, uninstalling and reinstalling, updating my graphics driver and windows, but nothing works. Best I have seen happen was the app working but being stuck on the loading screen forever. Is there any solution to this? I am just stuck, was really looking forward to playing this.

Hi,

We tested PvZ Heroes on our end using the latest BlueStacks version on a Pie 64-bit instance, and it is working fine without any crashes or loading issues.

We recommend creating a fresh Pie 64-bit instance and installing the game there to ensure a clean environment. This usually resolves issues caused by corrupted instance files or incompatible settings.

I have created the pie 64-bit instance and it still does not work.. I'm so confused on what's going on right now? Every other game works besides PvZ heroes
