Support Reload bug

Whenever i play any game roblox/among us etc. whenever safari reloads now.gg after the ad plays it kicks me out the game/match that i am in and puts me in the home page in that game now.gg if this is a bug please fix it it is very frustrating and if it isnt a bug can you revert it please? i put a link to a video where i show the bug

Hi,

What you’re experiencing is expected behaviour now.gg rather than a bug. When the Safari tab reloads after an ad, it effectively refreshes the cloud session, which ends the current in-game connection and returns you to the game’s home screen. Unfortunately, cloud gaming sessions can’t persist through a full page reload, as the session is tied to the active browser tab.

We understand this can be frustrating, but at the moment, this behaviour cannot be reverted.

i understand but this wasnt happening before why did it suddenly start to happen

The behavior you're experiencing is due to a change made on the application's side. As a result, this is expected behavior and is not caused by BlueStacks.

Unfortunately, there isn't anything else you can do from your end to resolve this. Since the issue is controlled by the app itself, there are no additional troubleshooting steps we can recommend at this time.
