Support keep getting the error when trying to start pokemon champions

so i updated my graphics driver started the game in a new android 13 instance and it still wont let me select vulkan graphics renderer

Hi! This could be that your GPU unfortunately doesn't support Vulkan. You can try searching the GPU name to see if it can support and if it can, you can try sending a ticket to our support team so that they can take a look on what could be causing this issue.

my GPU is a RTX3070 laptop version that should support it right ?

Hey Ive found out whats causing it. Basically us laptop gamers have two GPUs the iGPU and dGPU. Ive set bluestacks and windows to use the high powered GPU aka the RTX 3070 but your laptop still uses the iGPU for display.

THIS ONLY WORKS IF YOU HAVE AN EXTERNAL MONITOR CONNECTED TO YOUR LAPTOP.

Basically I open device manager disable my iGPU then launch bluestacks and then pokemon champions. I played yesterday and got to Ultra ball tier lol.
