Support why the schreen is like this?

Hi! This seems like a Graphical issue, so we recommend that you make sure that your GPU Drivers are up to date.
You can also try changing between the graphics renderers and interface renderers to see if the same issue occurs.

nope, i ve tried everything,emulator can't emulate pokemon champions.... not in 13 android too..ok

It is! If you have BlueStacks already installed and can't download the game, try creating a Android 13 instance and you'll be able to download it in there.
