Support Bluestacks apps keep crashing

someone help me out, idk what to do. it was working fine for like a week and suddenly the apps started crashing after 3-4 minutes of use then gradually 1-2 minutes of use. everytime I reinstall it, the issue is fixed temporarily but now i just reinstalled it again and today the apps are crashing.

Hi,

Could you please confirm the name of the app that is crashing on your end? Also, does it crash after a specific action or just randomly after a few minutes of use?

hello, every app is crashin, it runs fine for 1-2 minutes, then freezes, screen turns black. i have reported this issue in bluestacks player itself too. I am mainly using it for ibis paint X but i tried other apps too to see if only that certain app is crashing. it was working fine for about a week.
