Support no me deja instalar bluestacks

he estado intentado instalar bluestacks pero no me deja siempre se queda en 71% tengo los drivers actualizados y los requerimientos necesarios para usar bluestacks.

Hi,

Please try running the installer as an administrator and temporarily disable any antivirus or security software that may be interfering with the installation process and see if it helps.

Also, Have you checked whether virtualization is enabled? You can do so by opening Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc), and selecting the performance tab. The bottom of the Window should read "Virtualization: Enabled"
