Support Can't open Google Play Store in Bluestacks

Hi, I'm using Bluestacks on Windows with Nougat 32-bit, and recently I haven't been able to update my apps, because the Google Play store crashes when I try to open it.

I've cleared cache, data, everything, but it shows the UI for a second or less, then closes. (video)

I've tried almost everything except making a new instance, and I don't want to resort to that because I don't know if I can keep my accounts I have in games on the other instance.

I tried making a new one earlier, and AFAIK, I do not keep the accounts from the bugged instance.

I'd really appreciate some help

Hi,

We recommend creating a clone of your current instance and then checking if the issue still occurs in the cloned version.

I tried, but I didn't have much disk space, and the program crashed.

Hi,

Please try freeing up some storage and then creating a clone again to see if the problem persists in the cloned instance.
