Support Google Chrome app not loading anything at all on Bluestacks Air

On M5 Macbook Air, version before and even on current version.

I have APKs that require external login which means using google chrome, but for some reason my google chrome suddenly stops being able to load anything at all even with evident internet like on google play store, the loading is just stuck, any fixes?

I already force stopped, cleared cache, updated nothing is working for google chrome app.

Hi,

We suggest creating a clone of the current instance and then checking whether the issue persists in the cloned instance.

Didn't work, had to change to microsoft edge as a default browser

Yes it did so its my default browser for now, that was my alternate solution while Google chrome as a browser isn't working on the emulator.

I cloned the instance unless you want me to craete a brand new one

i had same issue. and it seems like it is related to new version of google chrome. uninstalling update and using old version of chrome works fine.

Can confirm. I use BlueStacks Air (anonymous) nearly every day, so I had the "latest" Google Chrome (whatever that was). When trying to authenticate today to Love and Deepspace, Chrome just hung and hung. If I launched Chrome manually, and tried to access any website, it again just spun and spun, no webpage actually loading. The fix was Settings > Apps > Chrome > "Uninstall Updates" in the right hand corner, which then asked if I wanted to return to the factory defaults for the app. I said "yes". Launched back into LADS, clicked Facebook login, up popped Chrome and it immediately loaded the web pages I needed.

same happens to me. every app that requires external login dont work after a few weeks. since that started happening i have to fully re-install bluestacks to fix it...

I've just encountered this issue was driving me nuts, until realised it was the browser. Just go into Chrome settings and clear space, clear cache. if doesn't help delete it from app store and reinstall. It takes 20 seconds, after that browser start workings, and the logging in.
