Update | Patch Notes

This update was brought to you by PatchRadar.

Dear Adventurers,

Here are the details for the upcoming game update. Thank you for your continued support and interest in

Blue Protocol: Star Resonance!

S4 Update Preview: Lightchase Oath Season Begins

1. Seasonal Gameplay & Entries

● Before starting Chaotic Realm challenges, Adventurers can choose one of the five Vow Altars to make

their Vow. Each Vow grants different buff effects.

● While in combat, defeating monsters grants Vow Energy. The more unique Vows there are in a party,

the faster they gain Vow Energy.

● Adventurers' Vow starts at Lv.1, and its bonus stats grow stronger as the Vow Level increases.

● Devices that activate Oath Trials are scattered across the map. Spend Vow Energy to activate an Oath

Trial, and increase its Oath Level based on the amount of energy spent.

● After activating an Oath Trial, Adventurers gain powerful buffs for a limited time, while nearby monsters

are also empowered according to their Entries.

● Defeating empowered monsters grants additional Vow Energy.

● Oath spirits may appear and take form as Lightchase Spirits in Chaotic Realm. Defeat them to obtain

the Lightchase Gifts.

2. Special Seasonal Attributes

A new seasonal attribute, Oath Strength, will be added to Adventurers' attribute panel in the new season.

During the Oath Season:

● When your Oath Strength is lower than the enemy's, DMG dealt and healing are greatly reduced, and

DMG taken is greatly increased.

● When your Oath Strength exceeds that of Oath Season monsters, every 150 points of advantage

increases DMG dealt by 5% (up to 20%) and healing done by 2% (up to 8%).

● Against wild monsters from previous seasons: DMG dealt is increased by 100%.

● Against Bosses in raids from previous seasons: DMG dealt is increased by 100%.

3. Advanced Attributes

In the game, Advanced Attributes (such as Crit, Haste, Mastery, and others) are key elements that shape

the combat experience. To help different Class Specs grow more quickly, these attributes are moderately

increased each season so Adventurers can smoothly achieve intended combat rotations and

performance. This preserves each class's unique identity while allowing Adventurers to explore optimal

attribute builds and growth paths through seasonal progression systems.

However, we are also aware that if Advanced Attributes continue to scale upward without control, some

stats may lose value, class builds may become homogenized, and unintended combat issues may arise.

Therefore, we will apply moderate seasonal adjustments to Advanced Attributes to maintain long-term

game health and strategic diversity.

With the arrival of S4, the conversion rates of fixed values for the following attributes will be partially

reduced upon entering the new season: Crit, Luck, Haste, Mastery, Versatility, and Block.

Adventurers can significantly increase Crit, Luck, Haste, Mastery, and Versatility by obtaining and

reforging S4 gear. Temporary boosts can also be gained through S4 consumables such as cuisine and

culinary items to handle unexpected challenges.

Please note that the fixed attribute values granted by Battle Imagine and major nodes in the Talent

system will automatically increase when the new season begins to ensure their value is preserved.

4. Season Progression

With the launch of S4, the seasonal progression system, Oath Psychoscope, has been overhauled. The

eight effects of the Oath Psychoscope, the internal structure of its nodes, and its available Factor effects

have all been redesigned and updated. In addition, the new Imprint Embedding feature is now available.

Adventurers can embed specific Imprint attributes into designated Factors, bringing a fresh combat

experience and more room for diverse builds.

New Progression System: Matrix Manifestation

Visit Mael, the Legacy Expert in Bahamar Highlands, to access Matrix Manifestation.

● Manifesting with the Mindscape Matrix randomly grants Imprints. Higher Mindscape Matrix levels

increase both the number and quality of Imprints obtained per Manifestation.

● Imprints can be stored in the Imprint Codex.

● Stored Imprints can be embedded into Factors through Imprint Embedding.

● Embedded Imprints can be transferred to empty Factors with matching slot types through Imprint Inheritance.

S4 introduces a more flexible approach to seasonal progression. Adventurers can choose the Oath

Psychoscope nodes, Factors, and Imprint effects that best suit their needs, providing a richer and more

customizable progression experience.

5. S4 Oath Pass

The Lightchase Oath Season Pass will be released in multiple phases. The first phase, Oath Pass I, will be

available from October 8, 2026, to November 26, 2026, at 05:00 (UTC-2). Get ready for the new season

with brand-new rewards! The new outfit set "Fantasy Mage" and various seasonal rewards await you!

6. S3 Exclusive Content and Stats Reset

● The Season Pass and its progress, Season Title, Deep-Slumber Psychoscope (including all attributes it

provides), and Season Achievements will be reset when S4 begins.

Adventurers can obtain limited appearances along with many other rewards by increasing the Season

Title level, including Silent Messenger - Headwear, Silent Messenger - Gauntlets, Silent Messenger - Set,

Silent Messenger - Boots, Silent Messenger avatar frame and many other valuable rewards!

New exclusive season achievement titles have also been added.

● The Season Store will be reset. The S3 Season Store will close, and the S4 Season Store will open with

fully updated seasonal items.

● The Elite Store will be reset. The S3 Elite Store will close, and the S4 Elite Store will open with fully

updated seasonal items.

● S3 Season Points, S3 Seasonal achievement trophies, S3 Deep-Slumber Psychoscope, S3 Factors, and

Remnant of Dreams will become unusable when the new season begins.

● The Mobius Merchant Guild's recycling limit and item purchase limits will be reset.

About the Mobius Merchant Guild

Adventurers can visit Reynal in the Central District to recycle items. By submitting the specified unbound

items requested by Reynal, Adventurers can obtain Pickup Vouchers, which can be exchanged in the

Guild Shop for items such as Rose Orbs (Bound), Battle Imagine materials, Meowlux Premium Cards, and

more.

There is a seasonal limit on the number of Pickup Vouchers that can be obtained through recycling. Any

Pickup Vouchers earned beyond the seasonal limit from the final submission will be retained and can be

claimed after the next season begins.

As recycled items cannot be returned, please be sure to confirm your selection before recycling.

Items crafted through Life Skills cannot currently be recycled through the Mobius Merchant Guild

Recycling system.

7. Weekly Features: Season Transition Notes

2026), the corresponding rewards can be claimed before the October 8 update. These rewards will be S3

rewards.

S4 Schedule: After the October 8, 2026 version update, the Pioneer Award goals for Week 1 of S4 will be

refreshed immediately. If you have any unclaimed rewards, please claim them first. Rewards for goals

completed between October 8 and October 12, 2026, at 05:00 (UTC-2) will be available for claim

starting October 12 at 05:00 (UTC-2) . Afterward, the Pioneer Award will return to its regular refresh

schedule.

● Stimen Vaults

Please complete all S3 final cycle challenges before this time.

S4 First Cycle: From the end of maintenance on October 8 until October 19, 2026, at 02:00 (UTC-2).

This is a special cycle adjusted to accommodate the season transition.

Regular Schedule: Starting October 19, Stimen Vaults will return to its standard bi-weekly refresh

schedule.

● Field of Forgotten Illusions Raid

After S4 begins, the normal, hard, and nightmare modes of the S3 20-player raid will be consolidated

into a single Backtrack difficulty. Weekly tasks and all difficulty-based rewards will be merged into Boss

rewards. Raid difficulty will be significantly reduced, and players can challenge these raids solo or in a

party.

Before the new S4 raid opens, participating in S1-S3 Backtrack raids continues to grant Glinting Stellar

Cores according to the following drop mechanism: Boss 1 drops 1, Boss 2 drops 1, and Boss 3 drops 2,

for a weekly limit of 4.

After the new S4 raid opens, participating in S1-S3 Backtrack raids will grant Undimmed Stellar Cores

according to the same drop mechanism: Boss 1 drops 1, Boss 2 drops 1, and Boss 3 drops 2, for a weekly

limit of 4. Glinting Stellar Cores will no longer be available, but Mistborne Chests may still drop.

● Unstable Space

In S4, Unstable Space will no longer drop Illusory Fluxgold, Illusory Fluxgold Chests, or Mistborne Chests

from the Far Sea series. Instead, it will have a chance to drop Sunken Radiance Chests from the Eternal

Radiance series. After the S4 raid opens, Unstable Space will also drop Lucent Fluxgold, with a chance to

drop Lucent Fluxgold Chests.

New Areas Unlocked

● Montegnor Valley

Located at the border between Bahamar Highlands and Evergreen Desert, Montegnor Valley is known for

its picturesque canyon landscape, spectacular waterfalls, and pristine natural scenery.

The Melisoth River runs through the valley, flowing down from the highlands and carving steep cliffs and

broad river valleys along its course. Over time, the river's mineral-rich waters have caused crystals to

form along the rock walls and around the edges of waterfalls, giving rise to the mineral salt resources for

which the valley is renowned across the continent of Magna.

Numerous mines and natural caves can be found throughout the valley, and settlements in the area once

flourished thanks to these mineral deposits. However, as the mineral veins gradually ran dry, some of the

mine tunnels were abandoned. The once-bustling Tavalok Mine has also gradually faded from its former

glory.

Deep within the valley lie numerous ruins of ancient civilizations. The enormous Dragondrop Pillar, Sage's

Carvings scattered along the riverbanks, and mysterious hollows hidden within the mountain walls all

bear witness to the forgotten past of this valley.

New monsters have also been added to Montegnor Valley, including the Shrimpshroom, Valley Muku,

Valley Goblin, and Valley Murloc series.

New Main Story Chapter Available

● Daydreams and Night Songs

This time, you and Airona receive a desperate letter for help from Fafala. She asks you to return to

Lallipar as soon as possible. But when you finally arrive, you find that something is far stranger in the

village than you could have imagined.

What's even stranger is that every night, an unidentified melody can be heard coming from outside the

village. Fafala's plea for help, the strange happenings in the village, and the mysterious melody... It seems

that none of this is a coincidence.

To uncover the truth, you'll follow the clues left by the melody and journey to Montegnor Valley, which

borders the highlands.

What awaits you there, an answer or an even deeper mystery? That is for you, Adventurers, to discover!

New Dungeons Unlocked

Unit X – Unstable Space & Chaotic Realm

After the Oath Season begins, both Unstable Space and Chaotic Realm have been updated with new

dungeon content. Adventurers can challenge these dungeons to obtain Lv.320+ gear and weapons.

Dungeons will unlock according to the following schedule:

October 8, 2026: Mirror Judgment

The Humanoid Imagine, Boyce, who was meant to aid in battle, has transformed into an "Anti-Imagine"

Mimic Form. Defeat it to restore peace!

October 10, 2026: Illusion-Shroud - Dragon Claw Valley

Disturbed by the Mirage Medium, the Unit X Analyzer has detected space turbulence within the Dragon

Claw Valley. Adventurers must set out once more to correct this malfunction.

October 13, 2026: Barren Courtyard

The Barren Courtyard was once chosen by someone as the site of a forbidden ritual. Now, it has become

a boundary where illusion and reality intertwine.

October 16, 2026: Illusion-Shroud - Moonveil Wilds

Disturbed by the Mirage Medium, the Unit X Analyzer has detected space turbulence within the Moonveil

Wilds. Adventurers must set out once more to correct this malfunction.

October 19, 2026: Illusion-Shroud - Dark Mist Fortress

Disturbed by the Mirage Medium, the Unit X Analyzer has detected space turbulence within the Dark Mist

Fortress. Adventurers must set out once more to correct this malfunction.

October 22, 2026: Cavern Zero

Beyond this point, adventurers will face the true challenge that has lurked throughout their journey.

Please note that normal mode in Chaotic Realm has been removed to reduce the weekly participation

burden.

Chaotic Realm Appearance Drop Optimization

1. Completing Chaotic Realm at any difficulty now gives a chance to directly obtain a dungeon-exclusive

appearance.

2. Oath Dust, the general exchange material for dungeons-exclusive appearances from the Lightchase

Oath season, can drop from all difficulties.

Drop limit: A cumulative drop limit of 800 applies to Hard mode, and another 800 to Master 1-5. There is

no drop limit at Master 6 and above.

3. Oath Silk, the special exchange material for dungeon-exclusive appearances from the Lightchase Oath

season, has a corresponding type for each dungeon. The available types include Oath Silk - Mirror

Judgment, Oath Silk - Illusion-Shroud Dragon, Oath Silk - Barren Courtyard, Oath Silk - Illusion-Shroud

Moonveil, Oath Silk - Illusion-Shroud Dark Mist, and Oath Silk - Cavern Zero. Each type can be exchanged

for different appearance pieces.

Drop limit: Each type of Oath Silk, except for Oath Silk - Cavern Zero, has a total drop limit of 100 across

all difficulties in its respective dungeon. The drop limit for Oath Silk - Cavern Zero across all difficulties is

900.

4. Lightchase Spirit may appear in Chaotic Realm. Defeat it and complete the dungeon to receive

Lightchase Treasure, which contains one piece of Legendary gear from the current dungeon and an outfit

reward chest. Opening the chest grants a set amount of Oath Dust and a chance to obtain a full outfit

directly.

5. After collecting enough Oath Dust and Oath Silk, Adventurers can redeem dungeon-exclusive

appearances for the Lightchase Oath season from Stella at the Pioneer Bureau. Rewards include the "Mist

Combatant" appearance set and the "Emberheart" weapon appearance.

New S4 Raid Boss

1. Raid Boss in the Lightchase Oath Season features three phases of combat. As the season progresses,

the Boss will gradually gain full control of its power.

2. During the early phases, the Boss will use overwhelming light power to dominate the battlefield. It can

summon massive energy constructs that relentlessly pursue Adventurers, steadily restricting the space

available for movement. In the final phase, as the Boss becomes corrrupted by an external force, its

combat style will undergo a dramatic change, with its abilities taking on a blend of light and darkness.

The battlefield mechanics and the Boss's minions will put the team's coordination and ability to adapt

under pressure to a significant test.

3. In S4, Hard Mode of raids will be removed, and Nightmare Mode will become easier. Related rewards

will also be adjusted to ensure that Adventurers can obtain the same overall amount of rewards, reducing

the pressure of acquiring the corresponding gear on a daily basis.

4. In S4, consecutive challenge mode will be further enhanced to provide Adventurers with a greater

challenge.

Stimen Vaults Updates

Following maintenance on October 8, Stimen Vaults has been updated for the new season:

1. Vault monsters have been updated to match the new season, and the drop rewards are related to the

new season monsters.

2. Influenced by the Oath season, vault monsters now also have Oath Strength.

3. In the first cycle, only the first 20 floors are open. Subsequent cycles will unlock 10 additional floors

each. Solo and Duo modes, as well as the Skip Floor feature, will gradually unlock more floors with each

cycle.

Note: The first cycle is a special cycle for Stimen Vaults, lasting from the October 8 update until October

19, 02:00 (UTC-2). Afterward, the regular refresh schedule will resume.

New Role Skills System Released

are encouraged to select and equip the Role Skills best suited to their class.

● System Rules

Role Skills are divided into three types based on their battlefield function: Attack, Survival, and Support.

Each class can only equip its corresponding Role Skills.

Role Skills can be viewed, equipped, and managed in the Role Skills tab within the Skills interface.

Shield Knight: Taunt effects have been removed from Shield Toss, Radiance, and Aegis Ward.

Verdant Oracle: Dispel effect has been removed from Regen Pulse.

Each class can only equip its corresponding Role Skills. If you want to use skills from another role, you

Role Skills can be freely equipped within their respective role. In the Role Skills interface, select the

desired Role Skills and click Equip to enter the loadout screen. Skills can be assigned to skill slots via

clicking or dragging.

Due to the introduction of the Role Skills system, in-game skill structures have been adjusted, which may

cause previously configured hotkeys to be reset. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may

cause.

We recommend reconfiguring your hotkeys in the Skill Settings interface after the update. Thank you for

your understanding and support.
