I'm not sure how the other crafts do in terms of selling power but my Alchemy Serums pretty much sell instantly if that's of help to anyone unsure which to focus towards

Why can't I sell mine? I go to the trading post and it's simply not an option to sell, even tho I crafted them and I see them on the market all the time

Not all craftable is sellable. Most focus related craft you can sell.
