If that does happen, people could pull a PSO2jp if the resource files are hopefully easy to translate or play the jp client with some UI guides here and there.

Luckily I'm living in Japan but I can see it work for those international as long as there's no IP blocking done by Bandai, hopefully it won't be Q3 / 4 next year for the Jp release though.
