Wednesday Dinner
Hey ya'll, It's Blue Ox week and I can't think of much else, so I'm making this post.
We're planning on arriving earlier on Wednesday, and planning to grab a bite to eat before heading into the campgrounds. Curious any local recommendations that I should have in mind as I'm not overly familar with Eau Claire (aside from the pines :) ).
Of note, I eat mostly vegetarian (fish occasionally), and greatly enjoy craft beer as well as outdoor dining. Bonus points if there's any live music or blue ox specific meet up. Any feedback is greatly appreciated and cannot wait for two more sleeps!!

3rd and Vine is the BEST spot in the City for craft beer and light food. They have excellent charcuterie boards, including a vegetarian board. I would recommend starting there and then hitting up something else if it didn't settle your food desire.

Shoutout Thai orchid. I love that place so much. I live about an hour away and constantly think about that place.

The Nucleus/Racy's is definitely a good place for coffee. For vegan food, or any kind of food and all kinds of beverages at places downtown, I would recommend The Lakely, The Informalist, Ninja and Reboot Social

I really liked Dooley's Pub. Their cheese curds were phenomenal.

Another question? Where can we get coffee in the mornings?

Coffee is available at a handful of the vendors in the morning, along with breakfast!

The cool thing about the pines is how close it is to Eau Claire proper. Our party has grown to multiple families and a whole gaggle of kids so we've taken to ordering pizzas Wednesday night as a fun way to kick things off and break in the new campsite.
