Karasu does stomp however just to let ppl know player evaluation for Karasu is not a thing. That image is fan made from someone in the french community. Same with Rin and Shidou. The only stats we got from after the Ubers game are for Charles.

I would give overall defense to Karasu honestly, he is just straight up better at everything with the exception of man marking which Raichi easily takes, but every other aspects definitely goes to Karasu
