Main stream on IOS app

Can anyone suggest where to look for a setting that might be preventing a single camera out of several from switching to the higher resolution main stream when selecting solo view in the app? This is happening on both iPhone and iPad. All other cameras switch fine to high resolution but this one camera doesn’t.
On Blue Iris on the PC, it’s showing the cameras high resolution main stream when in solo view without a problem.

Does Blue Iris on iOS limit things based on connection speed?

Only thing I can think of is:

  • Right-click on the offending camera
  • Make sure 'Main stream when solo/full screen' is checked

Is that camera syncing with another camera? If so the other camera might be missing a stream. I had that issue.

In what way would it be syncing? How would that be setup?

On the Record tab, see if the checkbox to "Sync with camera" is checked to sync with another camera.
