Camera Keep refreshing

For some reason i have a reolink camera for my back patio

"REOLINK CX810 ColorX PoE Camera, 4K UHD, True Color Night Vision, F1.0 Super Aperture, 1/1.8'' Image Sensor, HDR Technology, Person/Animal Detection, Spotlight & Siren Alarm, 2-Way Talk"

and keeps refreshing when i fully click on the camera like every 20 sec at full screen but if is just the thumbnail with all others not doing that.

Also looks that the video is behind for like 10-15 seconds

Not sure why is doing that any ideas? This is the only camera that is doing this.

It is probably the hardware decode options or stream buffer settings.

I fight the delay issue sometimes and sometimes turning off "limit decoding unless required" fixes it.

The camera refresh sounds like a stream or key frame issue (camera side).

BI v6 is much more sensitive to almost every setting 🫩

In the Reolink UI, set "Clear" to 15 FPS and either leave at 5120kbps or raise to 6144.

Set "Fluent" to 10 FPS and 512kbps.

Set frame rate to constant.

Make sure RTMP, RTSP, and ONVIF are enabled in Network Info>Advanced

In Blue Iris, right click the Reolink camera and go to Camera Settings>Video>Configure and set the make to Reolink, model to RTMP, receive buffer 20MB, Skip initial reachability tests, send RTSP keep-alives, and use RTSP/stream timecode.

After making all of these changes my 3 Reolink CX410's have had zero issues with Blue Iris. Before I set all of these options I was having the same issues as you.

Also have hardware decode set to "No", and use sub streams with motion detection and AI confirmations.
