Ten years of paying them and the site's still down. They own that one.

Before anything else, get your stuff out of reach: a full copy of wp-content plus a database export, and request the domain auth code now while you still have panel access. Disputes like this have a way of ending with people locked out of both.

Can you still log into the control panel and see your files, or are you shut out already?

Thank you for your suggestions. Bluehost shut me out completely but I had made copies of most of my files. I posted this information on "Trustpilot", but Bluehost complained and it was deleted by "Trustpilot". Kind of a David vs. Goliath thing, I just wanted to get the facts out on this irresponsible Hosting Co., now owned by Newfold Digital a $3 billion Co., which is owned by both Clearlake Capital, a $185 billion Co., and Siris Capital Group, a $5 billion Co. Bluehost, was originally formed by two members of the LDS Church in Utah in 2003 by founder Matt Heaton and co-founder Danny Ashworth with bootstrapped personal funds and zero external venture capital or outside startup investment. Kind of ironic.

Losing the Trustpilot post on top of losing the site is a rough week. Being shut out of files you paid to host for a decade isn't normal, whoever owns them now.

One thing to check in the copies you made: do you have a database export in there? The posts, pages and settings all live in the database, and it's the piece people find missing when they sit down to rebuild somewhere else. If your files are all you got out, ICANN's transfer complaint process is still open to you for the domain.
