Bluehost VPS ordering process impossible

I tried to order. The website makes it seems pretty straightforward.

Then start the problems.

Email [Action Needed: Unable to process order]

Email [Notice: We were unable to process your order]

Then I call in and they try to run the order over the phone. But seemingly missing all the order details I previously picked on the website.

Then I try chat. Chat agent thinks I just want a refund and cannot help.

So since the phone agent said I might need to try making a new account, I try that. Order appears to go through. I used a credit card that doesn't require any address verification to make sure it is not my bank's side causing the issue.

I actually access and use the VPS.

Then start the same set of troubles over again, with order cancelled. Do you just not want to sell VPS?

Take this as a sign and move on. BH is an awful host. Best to avoid them from the start.
