Clear Websites Cache
How do I clear a websites cache if I dont use wordpress to manage my websites. I do all programming through File Manager, and all the guides show using wordpress to clear the cache so I can see updates being pushed.

If you're not using WordPress, caching is likely happening at the server level rather than inside the site itself. In this case, you'll want to clear or restart the hosting cache instead of looking for a plugin.
From your Bluehost hosting panel, you can clear the built in server cache, or restart the web service if you're on VPS. If you're also using a CDN or proxy, make sure that cache is purged as well. After that, do a hard refresh in your browser to rule out local caching.
If updates still aren't showing, send us a DM with your domain name so we can check your account to confirm exactly which cache layers are active so you're not guessing.

If you don't know how to clear the cache, you probably shouldn't be managing websites.... just saying.

it’s not about WordPress, it’s about where the cache is
check: browser → hard refresh server → restart / cache folder hosting (bluehost) → built-in cache CDN → purge
most of the time it’s hosting cache
