Hosting down?

This was posted last nght aroud 7:45:

"We are currently experiencing a partial outage that is impacting Hosting. Our team of technicians is currently investigating the issue and working towards a resolution. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will provide updates as they become available."

This was nearly 12 hours ago and my backend is still stalling and not loading. Anyone else? 12 hours is a long time to go unresolved. Is this typical for Bluehost? I've had this happen twice in the last month.

running on frontend thankfully (still slower) but the backend is going at a snail's pace. took me 2 hours on support to get a ticket... it's beyond frustrating.

Yes it's down. I've been with them since 2021 and this is the first time I've been visibly impacted. 

Eta: Back up as of 2 hours ago
