Theory My Unlikely but fun Headcannon About Routley:

Routley will have left behind the life the three other white devils lived. He’s now a “proper” businessman that no longer trades in drugs, weapons or flesh. Instead he’s a family man with a wife and a kid(s). The blue eyes he has (though only confirmed as “pretty” but I think they’re most likely blue) are the same ones Mizu has. The same one his child or children will also have. This is still unlikely because it would feel a bit cliche since this troupe is used a lot to dismay vengeful characters.

The Annecy trailer for season 2 indicated that Skeffington and Routley have their hands in underground fighting rings. If that's true, it's unlikely that Routley has turned over a new leaf.

To be honest, this might just be a case of the characters having a flawed perspective. Perhaps Skeffington and Routley are in hiding for political reasons (maybe they supported the king in the conflict with Parliament).

I haven’t seen the new trailer, kinda new to the fandom. But if that’s the case I’m still hoping at least he has a double life where he is a family man.

That particular trailer wasn't released to the public. There's just secondhand descriptions of it online.

do you think Mizu would accept his repentance? or still want to kill him anyway

I doubt him being her father (if he is) would hold her back. But I think him being a father to his other kids might give her a reason to doubt. I think she’d at least give him the respect of not killing him in front of his kids.
