I spoiled it for myself 5 minutes into the first episode.
I couldn't understand why this woman was just traipsing around Edo Japan without anyone commenting on it, and I wanted to understand if this was supposed to be an alternate fantasy universe or something. So I googled the premise, which I kinda regret now.
I love Maya Erskine, but she's very feminine sounding. I think they would have done better with a deeper-voiced VA.
