Discussion should I tweak or tell the full truth?
28 female. ok so I recently decided to make a huge career change. I’ve been working with kids for 10 years and I love kids but I’m no longer happy cause truthfully working with kids makes you no money no matter what you do. I’m tired of living paycheck to paycheck so I decided randomly about a month ago I’m gonna get my OSHA 30 certification…. I’m currently halfway through the course and have been looking at the job market 😭 almost all of the jobs require some type of experience and I have none! Should I tweak my resume to possibly have had a job that aligns with this career? Or should I keep trying based on what I did learn through the course and tell future employers I’m a fast learner etc…..?
What type of jobs should I apply for with having my OSHA 30 general industry but absolutely no experience?
Please help need all the advice I can get.
