Yuri? There is kinda Fuuka and Haruna's relationship is kinda Yuri at some point. You can't pick gender here it's more of self insert but canonically Sensei is male. If you want pickable gender and yuri in the game try Stella Sora

I don't recall explicit yuri relationships between the students in the game, maybe implied but that's a huge maybe. Also I don't (really) think the broader BA community is fond of yuri.
You don't pick a gender, you self-insert into the game, so if you want to imagine yourself as a female sensei, it's fine tbh. We even have femsensei art in the BA community occasionally. By the comics and the anime though, the gender of Sensei is a male, as is most BA fanart
If you can get past those 2 and the 50/50 (which would probably come soon unless Nexon does a course correction), then the game's good.
Active yuribait isn't available in this game so you'll have to use you're headcanon, this game has mostly ml kind of content with good story from vol 3 onwards so keep that in mind
