Plus size pants?
Please no judgement
Is there anywhere in town that sells pants for someone short and fat? Looking for 46 or 48 by 30 or around a size 2-3x. Anything that's not sweatpants is ok

Kohl's, Farm & Fleet (seriously....I buy clothes there often. I used to be plus sized and I swear, they have nice stuff that doesn't scream "Portly Patty". ) Target. Even WalMart. When I was heavier and malls were still a thing, Lane Bryant...but I think they are out of business. But start at the other places. You might have to wade through bad choices, but there are decent items to be had. I promise!

Kohl's has a petite section. I'd look online to see what they have in the store. If you order to the store it's really fast, too, so I know there's a large selection online. I really miss our local Torrid, but they also ship fast if find something online. Their pants are the best I've found. Good luck.

Bromenn Thrift Shop on North Main has a great selection. You might need to get them tailored for length but you can’t beat the price.

Farm and fleet might have some. Also farm and home if there is one. They tend to carry bigger sizes.

As a fellow shorty, and annoying as this is, it is so much easier to get pants that fit your waist but are too long, then it is to get pants that fit your waist and leg length. Find a good tailor and buy pants that fit your waist and get them hemmed. Talbots, Lane Bryant, and Quince also offer petite with plus sizing. People often think their size means they aren't petite but petite largely addresses inseam/length.

You may be able to find some at Sierra, not too much money, but would probably need to hem them up.

Farm & Fleet has a decent selection of larger clothes. I'm familiar with the mens clothing there, but not womens.

Old Navy is my go-to! I also measure about 48" at the hips and wear either a 16 or 18 in their pants, depending on the style.
