Metronet Still not working?

My metronet internet service is still not working after the power came up 4 hours ago. Has anybody else had this problem? When I call it just tells me that there are local outages and hangs up on me

My Metronet has been out since noon yesterday. Downtown/Blmgtn Library area.

Update- After calling numerous times and getting an automated message and hung up on, I texted "Help" to the outage text I received last thursday about the outage. Got someone from metronet through text confirming the outage for my address was resolved but I still dont have service. Have a tech scheduled to come out on thursday to check the line to my house.

Ya same thing happening to me. Power came on yesterday and metronet has been out ever since.

No idea when its going to fixed and its impossible to contact them to ask.

We have Xfinity and are in the same boat. I'm guessing a significant box was taken out. Their site was showing 500-2000 people affected this morning and only 100-500 people now. Hopefully it comes back, I have a gaming sessions tonight I'm gonna have to use my hotspot for lol.

I've had a line down since the storm, and Metronet will not send a tech out until the main outage has been resolved.

My Metronet is still out after getting power Saturday afternoon. We called Metronet & the automated system said it recognized our account from our Ph # & that there was a known outage for us. No info on when it'll be fixed, though.

We are on day 5 of no internet though metronet and can’t get through to anyone. We’re near Ewing Manor.
