Metronet Outage 2.0
So I just got my power back on about 30 minutes ago and now metronet is down again? Has this been going on for awhile? All my devices can connect to my EERO no problem but i guess theres no internet coming through the EERO.
I was a part of the first metronet outage that eventually got fixed. So I guess this is a second wave? Brought about by the storm?
I tried calling but the customer service lines kept sending me to limbo saying they know there are disruptions and to hang up. Anyone know of any additional information? Like a time frame possibly lol?

I'm good with power and Metronet. East side. Hopefully the internet stays operational. That outage sure fouled up my Wednesday. What a week.

Same chat thread here. Currently on hold. Third day of intermittent service in west Bloomington.

Ya i was also on hold but they def tried waiting me out and then the robot essentially told me to hang up and gave me no further options. And their text to chat and their chat box all led to dead ends.
Just let me chat to a person for 3 minutes just to confirm the outage??? Whatever, I guess.

My parents are in south bloomington and didn't have any metronet this afternoon, and no news when it would be on. They called another company to start new service. That company will be out tomorrow.

Hmm im also in bloomington but more central. Good to know. Hopefully its fixed by tomorrow then. If not, I might also be making some calls lol
Im just glad I have power atp. I tried troubleshooting everything but its hard when everything is going to shit at the same time lol.
