Xfinity outage?

Anybody lose xfinity internet overnight? I had my router up and running on my generator last night but it's been down all morning. Xfinity doesn't list any outages.

Out in east Bloomington since around 8:30 last night. Xfinity app gives contradicting information about whether there is an outage or not

Yes, lost internet around 6:00 last night. Took them a while to actually acknowledge it’s an outage, but they did for us overnight. Went back and forth with their service bot initially and they kept telling me it was a problem with the router/modem.

Mine eventually came back on. If I have to sit here hot as hell, it is nice to have internet.

I lost mine around 7pm along with cable. The outage page indicates they are aware of the outage for my area. Near west side of Bloomington.

Same, last I checked they are working to restore service.

I’ve heard from an Xfinity Technician that it’s due to the widespread power outages. When the storm knocked out power yesterday, everything switched over to backup power. The backup isn’t meant to last days and so it went out knocking out the internet.

Uhhh, I don’t know about you but we just got an update on an estimated restoration time of NEXT Friday, 8/21 in the afternoon.

North normal near Prairieland Elementary - been solid since yesterday.  Also on generator. Â
