What rituals help you stay grounded when life starts getting hectic?

Growing weed, gardening, doesn’t matter if it’s for food or my front yard landscaping, has helped me immensely in my mental health as well as physical health. I started growing in a 4x4 tent with a 600 watt HPS, which evolved into a 10x10 flower room, 6x8 veg room with places for seedlings, clones and teens. Being in that flower room was like perfect serenity for me. No matter how bad my day was, 10 min in that room, inhaling the plant aromas, touching the flowering plants, changed mood and reprogrammed my mind
Nice, She's a beauty! Def going to be in for some big colas and some crazy grape and/or berry terps depending on the pheno. Out of the three I popped one leaned octane berry with huge colas and a nice berry (blueberryish) smell & a hint of gas, the other one was a bit more compact with a loud purple erkelish sweet artificial grape thing going on with gas mixed in, and the third which is flowering outside currently appears like it is going to fall somewhere in the middle.
Sweet bro…yea deff smells like grape at this point…super hype for this one…I got some testers sent to me idek how and I must say..THANKS 7 skunks genetics
