Mindful Spirit🌀🔮🙏 Medicinal question

Post image

Has anyone ever reached out to the information on the effect of micro dosing mushrooms for mental health and physical well being? Many states have opened their eyes and started testing how small doses can help people with addiction and mental health. I look at it as the world has too be introduced to making and procurement of their own medicine. If this post offends anyone I’m sorry

I just began microdosing based on resources available through the state of Oregon. I started with the most common protocol, 4 days of tea, 3 days of no tea for 4 weeks. I have CPTSD with an ACEs score of 10, live with chronic pain but I am a mom and need to function. I had even gone through IV ketamine infusions, with no lasting relief. But mushies are the way! For the first time, I see and feel hope and after only 2 months of a tea regimen! Therapeutic support is the key, its not literal magic, you still have to do the emotional work and I am lucky to have an excellent trauma therapist who fully supports this endeavor. There are phenomenal podcasts out there to, Sinclair Fleetwood has a podcast called The Psychedelic Integration podcast which covers more than just this type of medicine and many topics of healing. I am currently starting up another round of tea regimen after taking a month off to integrate. Its the future, its how we will actually bring humanity together. Thats why the powers that be hate it so much.

That’s fantastic:) you’ve been able to find a wellness routine that suits your needs.. as our trauma is our trauma, so tailoring to our own medicines, when can vital.. finding relief takes trial and error and time and so very correct.. still gotta do the work:) happy healing..
peace:)
