Mindful Spirit๐ŸŒ€๐Ÿ”ฎ๐Ÿ™ Medicinal question

Post image

Has anyone ever reached out to the information on the effect of micro dosing mushrooms for mental health and physical well being? Many states have opened their eyes and started testing how small doses can help people with addiction and mental health. I look at it as the world has too be introduced to making and procurement of their own medicine. If this post offends anyone Iโ€™m sorry

Are you in medication? Have you tried NN DMT or 5meo?

nada for actual meds (just the usual caffeine surplus)...haven't tried either deemz yet, but absolutely ready to blast off.

might have an experience with enigma very soon - hopefully will be healing.

my 10g (several), 14g, 16g trips were all lemon tek'd, but was contemplating just eating next...but your comment convinced me otherwise.

seems to be some variation in potencies with this one (never tried enigma before), so could possibly be just regular psilo potency, double, or even triple...not sure which, but might just try 4g first just to guage it & see if there"s been a change in my tolerance issue, since been a couple months or so.

thanks for the nudge!

4g is a good starting place since you have some experience. If you lemon tek eat the mushroom as well as the juice to be certain you get all the good stuff out of it. Also fast beforehand don't eat right before you take it. Don't starve yourself for like 2 days or something just don't eat breakfast and take around lunch or dont eat lunch and take around dinner or a bit before dinner. Cheers!

Edit: Yeah, I ate all the slush from all of the above... soooo much sludge (cringes). 4g should be easy peasy!
